Return & Exchange Policy

At Saaram, we are committed to delivering elegance, comfort, and exceptional quality in every piece. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with all original tags and packaging intact
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email us at style@saarambharat.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Once approved, we will share:

• Return shipping instructions
• A return label (if applicable)

Note: Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Or not as ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at style@saarambharat.com with photos and a description. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to hygiene and customization, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We’ll notify you of approval or rejection
• If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund. If you haven’t received it within 15 business days of approval, please email us.

Exchange Process

1. Initiate a return request through the standard process
2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item
3. Exchange item will be shipped within 7–10 business days, based on availability
