Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Shipping Schedule

• Dispatch Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
• Shipping Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation

Delivery Timelines

• Domestic Orders: Delivered in 3–7 business days (based on location and courier service)
• OTP Requirement: Some deliveries may require an OTP sent to your registered number. Please provide it to the delivery agent when asked.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999
• Standard Fee: ₹50 for orders below ₹999

Package Handling & Liability

• Post-Delivery Damage: We are not liable for any damage after delivery is completed
• Tampered Packages: If your package is tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at style@saarambharat.com

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping

• You may cancel your order before dispatch by emailing style@saarambharat.com
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued as store credit within 4–5 business days

After Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

• Window: Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags
• How to Return: Email your order details to style@saarambharat.com

International Orders

• No Returns/Exchanges: Accepted on international shipments
• Defective Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged or faulty
